LeVeL is a nu-metal band that combines heavy guitar riffs, driving drums, and powerful vocals to create a sound that is both intense and melodic. Formed in 2001, the band quickly gained a reputation for their high-energy live performances and their ability to blend elements of metal, hip-hop, and rock into a unique and dynamic sound.
The band consists of Bobby Reeves, lead vocalist, known for his raw and emotive delivery,
Michael J Felder, lead guitarist, who delivers crushing riffs and intricate solos,
Roland Banks, drummer, who provides the driving force behind the band's powerful rhythms,
Alley Useless, bassist, who anchors the band's sound with his solid grooves and
DJ Rick “One” keeping the beat and scratching up a storm on his wheels of steal.
LeVeL has released several albums and singles, including LEVEL, the self-titled album which was a huge touring success. BOBBY BIO
Bobby Reeves is an accomplished musician and singer, known for his powerful and emotive singing style. He began his career as the lead singer of the band N.U.M. and later formed LeVeL with his bandmate Ed. However, just as the band got signed and released their debut album, Bobby was asked to step in as the frontman for the band Adema. This resulted in the promotion of the debut album of LeVeL being put on hold.
Bobby's tenure with Adema was successful and he was able to gain a reputation as a talented vocalist. During the hiatus of LeVeL, Bobby also had the opportunity to tour with several bands including CrazytownX. Now, after many years of waiting, LeVeL’s Debut is finally getting the exposure it deserves.
Bobby is excited to digitally release their debut album for the first time on all digital platforms and soon also share his new music with the world.
He is also looking forward to touring with LeVeL again and performing for their dedicated fanbase, who have been waiting for this tour for so long. Bobby and the band are ready to take the music scene by storm, and make an impact in the industry with their unique sound and style.
While Reeves' lyrics typically reflect the good and bad in his own life, introspection itself is the subject of the kinetic first single "Living Inside Of Me."
"When you're around different people, you're still yourself, but you might pad things a little and play it safe. But then there's that other side of you that's completely raw," Reeves explains. "I was trying to find that raw part of myself. How deep can I dig into myself and figure what I'm really about? How cocky am I, how sensitive am I, how much do I care, how much do I not give a shit?" Those same themes of self-exploration and discovery are mirrored in LEVEL's musical approach.
"We go through all the angles that we possibly can before we settle on something," says Reeves. "We argue about it. We fight, and rewrite verses and melodies and try to make the best song we possibly can."
"Imagine if you were in a car accident, and everyone died in the car except for you," Reeves analogizes. "You feel like you got a second chance. I thought to myself, in a sense, I'm already dead. So I'm gonna do whatever I want to do, suck it dry, and go for it. To be honest, I might not have even had the balls to do that otherwise."
